Recuerdo Arts Exhibit

Honorable Mayor Capt. Khymer Adan T. Olaso, M.M., led the official launch of Recuerdos: Zamboanga Living in Color, an art exhibit showcasing the works of some of Zamboanga’s finest homegrown artists.

In his opening remarks, Mayor Olaso expressed his deep pride and admiration for the late Rameer Tawasil, Zamboanga City’s premier artist, honoring his legacy in the local art scene.

The Mayor also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Zamboangueño talents and shared his vision for the continued development of the city’s tourism sector.

The exhibit was organized by the Atelier Surface in partnership with the City Government of Zamboanga. The exhibit is open to the public and will be on display at the Garden Orchid Hotel Garden Walkway until October 31, 2025.
