Cosmic Zamboanga: Born from A Mother’s Wish, Rooted in Zamboanga’s Heart
The Turismo Local team explored the healthier side of Gastro-Tourism during last week’s visit at Cosmic Zamboanga. The team sat down with Zamboanga City’s very own Mr. Almel Padios, Executive Partner of Cosmic in Zamboanga City, where we had a meaningful conversation regarding the reason why he brought Cosmic to Zamboanga City. According to Mr. Padios, the introduction of Cosmic in Zamboanga City is rooted in an early childhood memory, the memory of his mother, herself a vegan, telling her children that one day they will open a vegan restaurant right here in Zamboanga City. Years later that stament blossomed into reality with the opening of Cosmic Zamboanga at Barangay Canelar.

Cosmic Zamboanga introduces all our favorite Filipino staples without the added guilt; you can enjoy dishes like sisig, kare-kare, fried chicken, sinigang, bagnet and even leche flan, all made entirely plant-based.
